Springtime = Givewaway Time!

Springtime feels like a FABULOUS time for a giveaway!  Don't you think??  

Do you love hexagons?? (Who doesn't?)  These are BIG, BRIGHT, SPRINGTIME hexagons... 40 of them!  8" across with diagrams on the back showing different shapes you can cut from them. Included in the giveaway is a pattern using the hexagons and a 2500 meter spool of grey Wonderfil thread!

  1. This week, it is in my plans to start the quilt along to make the Postcards From Sweden quilt. I have the fabric, so need to get it cut up. I've always loved that quilt!

  2. Just finished our big pillowcase drive for Children's Hospital 434 sewed, washed, ironed and delivered. Now I need a new iron. Next I need to quilt ny Lens in a Log Cabin as soon as I finish cleaning my sewing room.

I currently have more projects percolating than I can keep straight. ~ ~ cutting and preparing strip sets (strata) for several experimental bargellos as well as keeping up with my daughter's wedding quilt and others. It's all fun and rewarding and adventurous and challenging!!! I enjoy seeing your adventures as well.

  7. I decided to build my quilting skills in a variety of blocks so I joined 3 Bees and 6 swaps. I just learned how to sew hexagons and I'm including a hexagon in one of the above ok maybe two.

  11. I'm working on the 100 modern quilt blocks book and am trying to make all 100 blocks this year with the block of the month that I am part of. I would love to make this hexagon quilt it is so pretty!! I'm excited to be a new follower of Paula Ried on FB
